From April 14 to 16, the Spring session of the Taipei IN Style unfolds at Warehouses Three to Five at Songshan Creative and Cultural Park featuring many fashion shows, seminars and encounters with up-and-coming designers from Taiwan and beyond.

Before you get too overwhelmed by this news (Yes. It is tomorrow. No. I am not joking. Now, please stop the screaming), let me kindly remind you that the first half of the occasion is limited to local and foreign media and buyers only. From noon of the second day onward, it will be open to all to participate in events at the fashion fiesta for free.

Whether you are a fashion guru, who has been practicing your "show-watching face," or just simply curious about future trends in the fashion industry, don't miss out on the chance to be à la mode at one of Taiwan's grandest fashion occasions of the year. Under the theme "Make It Real," the 13th TIS hopes to lead designers and brands down the road of realizing their dreams.

On the first day, fashion shows will feature local Taiwanese brands KERAIA (克萊亞), NAIF (本真一衣) and Carnival (嘉裕). NAIF will showcase two of our favorite designers, Hsu Chiu-I (徐秋宜) and Goji Lin (林國基), in the afternoon. As for Carnival, Athena Chuang is the highlight of the night! Expect the unexpected and get ready to be charmed and enchanted by some "fashion magic!"

With an air of mystery, Athena Chuang incorporates elements of gothic and vampires into this season's line with chiffon and lace. On the second day, we will get to see how MADAMMAY of May Hsu weaves the confidence of the modern female into a bold red satin flamenco gown that is good for either casual or formal occasions.

The entire event will wrap up with the show "Asia Fashion Collection — Taipei Stage," where basics with fun twists are surely promised. You will find out how (A)crypsis uses stripes in a sporty, conflicting fashion, as opposed to our original understanding of stripes being the equal of simplicity.

In addition, Korean designer Chungpepe's ability to add geometrical patterns to play up her collage of colors, will shower you with a lightheartedness, making it hard to keep yourself from skipping your way out when the show ends. Other than the runway, seminars will be held as well, like in past years, where speakers will share their experiences on trends and branding. On-line registeration is still available, but be quick in securing a spot at these enlightening talks!

If, for some inevitable, yet still inexcusable, reason, you accidentally miss out, I have to sadly say that you will have to wait until the end of the year, when the 14th TIS will be held from Nov. 10 to 13. No matter what, don't say you are a fashion fanatic if you can't cancel dates and make time for the event on these three spring days!Read more at:bridesmaid dresses online | short formal dresses australia
